When Joe Muggs; Books-A-Million, the second largest book retailer in the nation came to S-CUBE, the challenge was clear. How to improve the customer experience in an already flooded coffee shop market.
Service Scope:
S-CUBE brainstormed reasons why customers go to coffee shops beyond the obvious need for caffeine. Electronic use became a theme and the constant need for easy access to it. The café table was designed with multiple power sources on top of a sleek, easy to clean tabletop.
