#### **Project Challenge:**

To support the conversion of a full-line department store to an off-price specialty format.

#### **Service Scope:**

Expedited production of floor fixtures and hardware to meet an aggressive store opening schedule.

Fixtures included: Gondolas, H-Racks, Tables, Hangfolds, Perimeter Hardware. S-CUBE provided fixturing for approximately 90% of the store.

#### **Results:**

- Delivered a 50% savings
- 30% increase in sales
- Awarded 4 stores, with 20-30 to follow
